In order to be an MVP, Telemetry must:

• Be controllable at any time
• Show reliable behavior
• Have has low ping as possible
• Communicate either via Serial or SPI
• Communicate via WiFi (UDP/TCP)
• Calculate package loss and apply priority filters
• Send local log files through TCP
